Caring Community
A caring community is about visiting the sick, welcoming new friends and lending support in the healing process. Temple Beth Elohim’s Caring Community develops programs to integrate acts of loving kindness into the lives of our congregants. As a first step in the process, we have created several teams: Bereavement (Nechama), Illness (Bikur Cholim), Healing (Refuah), New Members (B’ruchim Haba’im), and Sacred Aging. We welcome volunteers to work with us.

Our initiative is continuing to expand in many exciting and thoughtful directions. Several new programs are in the works and will be  posted on the website and on our eblast network.

All of these initiatives are part of our goal to become, in the truest sense of the word, a caring community and we hope very much that you will join us in this effort so that we can strengthen the connections that make this community so extraordinary. Please let us know if you know of anyone who might in need of our Caring Community.
